Reading Techniques Help Students Master Knowledge

Study shows that reading abilities is just as important as the amount of knowledge students have. Also, among four reading strategies (a: type everything they remembered from a passage they read, b: construct concept map, c: reread the passage four times, d: read the passage once), students who tried the first reading strategy (type everything they remembered from the passage) performed significantly better than students from the rest of the groups.
