Mentoring

2015: I was selected and trained to become a Teachers4Europe Ambassador for the programme of the European Commission Representation in Greece “Teachers4Europe“. My role as ambassador is to guide and supervise the new Teachers4Europe in developing their projects.

2011: I was selected to be eTwinning Mentor at “Back to school campaign” of the eTwinning action. My role as Mentor was to help amateur in eTwinning teachers to make their first steps in eTwinning.

2002-2005: I was selected and trained to become a Support and Guidance Advisor for the project: “Educational support of the Go-Online Action”, part of the European “GoDigital initiative”. As a Support and Guidance Advisor I organized and led more than 140 seven-hour training support visits, that is more than 950 hours. Their target was to encourage the deployment of ICTs by small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and make them aware of the benefits and prospects that have arisen in the new technological era.

2014: I received full fees and expenses grant after competition to participate in the Summer School “Environmental Protection and the World of Work” organised by Ellinogermaniki Agogi for the ENTREDU programme.

2014: I participated in the online course: “2014 Transatlantic Educators Dialogue” organised by the European Union Center at the University of Illinois.

2012: I applied for and received a Comenius grant to participate in the in-service training course titled: “European Course in Norway: Individualised Learning in an Inclusive School System” hosted by the Forum Eltern und Schule, Dortmund, Germany.

2011: I participated in the online course: “Transatlantic Educators Dialogue” and awarded with three Continuing Education Units (CEUs). The course was organised by the College of Education at the University of Illinois and the European Union Center.

2010: I participated in the online learning event: “Tools for eTwinning” organised by the European Schoolnet.

2009: I participated in the online learning event: “Creative use of Media” organised by the European Schoolnet.

2009: I participated in the online course: “Gender Competence & Media Competence in European Teacher Education” under the Socrates/Project Gender Awareness in Media Education programme.

2004: I applied for and received a Comenius grant to participate in the in-service training course titled: “E-communication and Personal Business Skills under the aspect of Lifelong Learning in Adult Education Centres”, hosted at the Die VHS Volkshochschulen, Regen, Germany.
